Artisan Tour 2026 – Info for Artists

​​Welcome to the Artist Tour 2026 –

A vibrant 3-day celebration of local creativity in beautiful Fountain Hills!

🗓️ March 6, 7 & 8, 2026

🕙 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily

This is your chance to share and sell your original artwork while connecting with art lovers in a warm, supportive setting. All mediums and experience levels are

welcome in this NON-JURIED show.​​

🧑‍🎨 Who Can Participate?

-  Open to all artists — from emerging to established

-  All media welcome: painting, sculpture, ceramics, textiles, jewelry, photography & more

-  Must be a current member of the Fountain Hills Art League.

-  Reselling or showcasing work created by others is not allowed.

📍 Locations – Where Artists Exhibit

You may show your work at:

🏡 Private Studios & Homes

Artists living in Fountain Hills may show at their own home or studio

You can also volunteer to host another artist who lives out of town or in a gated community

🖼️ Local Galleries

Fountain Hills galleries may participate as a tour stop

All participating gallery artists must be current Fountain Hills Art League members

Galleries do not host outside artists

🏛️ Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce

We’re excited and grateful that the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce is offering their space to support the tour 2026.

- Up to 3 artists can exhibit and sell their work at this location

- No demo is required

- At least one of the three artists must be a current Fountain Hills Chamber Member

   That member will also be responsible for coordinating the space and ensuring everything

    runs smoothly during the event

🏬 Local Businesses

In support of our goal to integrate the community and uplift local businesses, some artists will be placed at partner businesses throughout Fountain Hills.

-  This is an option you can select when you register

-  The Art League will assign your location and introduce you to the business

-  No demo is required for artists at business locations

🤝 What’s a Host?

A host provides a location for 1–2 additional artists to exhibit.

Hosts can be any local artist, business, or supportive community member in Fountain Hills.

Each host location may feature up to 3 artists, each working in a different medium.

 

🔔 Important Dates & Commitments

-  Set-Up: Thursday, March 5 (by end of day)

-  Tour Dates: March 6–8, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

-  Take-Down: Sunday after 4:00 PM

⛅ This is a rain or shine event. No refunds.

 

🖌️ Artist Spots Are Limited!

There is a maximum of 30 artists to keep things dynamic and personal.

 

📅 Registration deadline:

September 30 (or until all spots are filled!) First come, first served — don’t wait!

 

🧰 What You’ll Need

Your own tables, display materials, and full setup

Let your booth reflect your unique style!

📍 Signage & Flyers (Provided Free!)

🗺️ Flyers

Professional color tri-fold brochures

-  Includes: Tour map, artist list, sponsor list

-  Your role: Help distribute brochures in the area.

🔽 Signs

Studio

-  Up to 4 directional street signs

-  1 large sign for each host house or gallery

-  Artists must place and remove signage daily

-  Signs must be down by 5:00 PM

-  Placement maps will be available in the Members-Only page

 

Business

✨ Artist Guidelines

🎨 Artwork:

Only your own original work may be displayed or sold

❌ No reselling or showcasing work created by others

🎥 Artist Demos:

-  All studio artists will offer a short, 15-minute demo

-  Demos should be simple, informal, and engaging

-  Each artist will be assigned a time slot (included in brochure/website)

 

❗ Artists showing in galleries, businesses or in the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce are not required to do demo

Visitors can enjoy the tour by car, bike, or foot — discovering creativity all across Fountain Hills!

 

❤️ Giving Back

A portion of proceeds goes to local schools to support art supplies and youth art education.

Your participation helps nurture the next generation of artists!
